K’ómoks traditional territory spans the Comox Valley in the central eastern part of Vancouver Island, extending into Johnstone Strait. There are approximately 345 K’ómoks members.
K’ómoks has overlapping and/or shared territory with its First Nations neighbours: Homalco, Hul’qumi’num, Snaw-naw-AS, Nuu-chah-nulth, Sechelt, Snuneymuxw, Tla’amin, Te’mexw, Tlowitsis, We Wai Kai, Wei Wai Kum, and Kwiakah.
